The two women are very nice. But they have one service tech and my truck stayed in for 19 days to get a warranty repair. This took 5-6 days to get me into a rental vehicle. They never contacted me one time with any updates, I had to check every 2-3 days in my own to see if progress was made. Then once the warranty was repaired they claim that I needed to pay $320 for the infotainment screen to be fixed. The screen wasn’t broken when I brought it in…. We agreed on $80 after I agreed to pay for two new filters for $254. Then as soon as I park my truck at the car rental I realize they have put two deeeeep scratches, more like chunks, out of my driver side door. I called and text pictures to which they said “I’ll see what I can do” do you think I’ve heard anything back? No! And I never will until I call back and ask what’s being done about the damage to my vehicle…. The two women being nice is a 2 star otherwise it’s a zero star experience
