Brian in sales and Zach in the financing department made this the easiest car purchase. They were both knowledgeable and helpful.

Fun friendly environment. No BS approach. Did not spend my entire day at the dealership. Told them what I wanted, and they made it happen even though my credit did not make it easy. I 10000% recommend going to Cass Burch if you are struggling with getting financed.

Staff was beyond welcoming and service was taken care of in a timely manner.

The two women are very nice. But they have one service tech and my truck stayed in for 19 days to get a warranty repair. This took 5-6 days to get me into a rental vehicle. They never contacted me one time with any updates, I had to check every 2-3 days in my own to see if progress was made. Then once the warranty was repaired they claim that I needed to pay $320 for the infotainment screen to be fixed. The screen wasn’t broken when I brought it in…. We agreed on $80 after I agreed to pay for two new filters for $254. Then as soon as I park my truck at the car rental I realize they have put two deeeeep scratches, more like chunks, out of my driver side door. I called and text pictures to which they said “I’ll see what I can do” do you think I’ve heard anything back? No! And I never will until I call back and ask what’s being done about the damage to my vehicle…. The two women being nice is a 2 star otherwise it’s a zero star experience
